Overview:
As
a B2B Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and
expanding relationships with strategically important clients. You will
be the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring exceptional
service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships that drive mutual
growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Understand client needs and objectives, and align company solutions to meet those needs effectively.

Account Development:

  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional products or services.
  • Collaborate
    with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to develop
    customized solutions that address client requirements and challenges.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to client satisfaction or retention.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize client value.
  • Conduct
    regular business reviews with clients to assess performance, address
    concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Effectively communicate client needs, objectives, and feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute account strategies and initiatives.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Track key account metrics, such as revenue growth, retention rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Prepare
    regular reports and presentations for internal and external
    stakeholders to communicate account performance and progress against
    objectives.
  • Utilize CRM software or other tools to maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities.
