Job Title: Field and Training Facilitators
Organization: Youth Power Organization (YPO)
Location: Morogoro
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture or Fisheries.

Experience & Skills:
• Ability to stay and work in remote area.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proven experience in conducting practical field activities and delivering training programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Requirements:
A smart phone and portable computer.
