Gold Mine (“the Company”), a fully owned subsidiary of Twiga Minerals
Corporation, which is ultimately owned by Barrick Gold Corporation and
the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania requests the
submission of Quotes from reputable, experienced, certified, and
qualified parties to provide the following:

• Company registration documents i.e. Certificate of incorporation, business license, TIN, VRN, Tax Clearance Certificate etc.
• BRELA
  detailed search document indicating Tanzanian ownership percentage,
  Tanzanian management and below management employment percentage to
  determine classification as an Indigenous Tanzanian Company as per the
  Local Content Regulation, 2018.
• Applicable certification, accreditation, affiliated registrations, and letter of dealership as required.
• Approved Local Content Plan or acknowledgement of submission from the Mining Commissioner.
