in Hand Eastern Africa (HIHEA TZ) is an innovative, non-governmental
organization (NGO) committed to empowering marginalized communities
across Tanzania, particularly women. As part of the Hand in Hand Global
Network, we are dedicated to fostering sustainable enterprises and
creating jobs through a participatory approach to entrepreneurship. With
a footprint in six regions—Arusha, Moshi, Manyara, Dodoma, Singida, and
Meatu—our mission is to help communities lift themselves out of poverty

1. ICT Intern (Ref: HTZ ICT INTERN-02/2025) – Arusha
Open Slot: 1
The
ICT Intern will assist in managing IT systems, support digital
communications, and contribute to multimedia content creation, such as
photography and video production for visibility and impact reporting.
The role also includes supporting users with hardware and software
issues and maintaining the ICT inventory.
Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Multimedia, Journalism, or related fields.
• Proficiency in photography and videography is required.
• Must be based in Arusha.

2. Accountant Intern (Ref: HTZ ACC-INTERN-03/2025) – Arusha

This
role involves assisting the finance department with financial
documentation, transaction processing, and supporting budgeting,
compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities also include helping prepare
monthly financial summaries, conducting reconciliations, and supporting
audits.
Eligibility:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with accounting software is a plus.
• Must be based in Arusha.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA (T) certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be based in Singida.

4. Consultancy for Beekeeping Technical Training – Manyara

HIHEA
TZ is seeking a consultancy firm to deliver commercial beekeeping
training to members in Manyara, aiming to improve productivity and
establish sustainable enterprises. The consultancy will involve creating
training materials and conducting hands-on sessions.
Eligibility:

• Proven expertise in beekeeping training in rural settings.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar rural development programs.
• Ability to communicate complex information in an accessible manner.
