Job Title : Finance Officer
Department : Finance Department
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to : Finance Manager
Job Location: ZANZIBAR
Required Qualifications 

  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or any related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Must be a Tanzanian
  • Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other accounting software packages such as Quick Books, Tally or familiarity with sage
  • Applicants
    should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal
    skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing
    skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day finance department operations to a required quality output timely
  • Implement precisely company financial plans, strategy policies, guidelines, procedures
  • Perform
    all tasks related to receivables including but not limited to
    preparation of customer statements, updated receivable lists, customer
    reconciliations, quotations and invoices
  • Perform all tasks
    related to payables including but not limited to ensuring all purchase
    process complied before any payment, preparation of payment voucher,
    making payments, preparation of suppliers statements, and payables list.
  • Prepare and submit timely reports to Finance Manager as may be required from time to time
  • Keep
    updated records, perform period reconciliation and pay all taxes and
    statutory fees including but not limited to Corporate, withholding,
    PAYEE, SDL, WCF, Social Security Fund, Import Duties, Student Loan
    Board, etc. timely to ensure company full comply and receive no legal
    penalties.
  • Perform all accounting role including but not limited
    to preparation of monthly bank reconciliations, managing bank accounts,
    issuing receipts

Sales Executive
Sales Executive at flySunBird June 2025

looking for Sales Executive who is self-motivated, committed, result
driven and self-motivated to work with the company.

The role of
Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue by selling Helicopter
services to achieve sales targets, building strong client
relationships, and promoting the company’s brand 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent
    Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with
    clients and effectively communicate complex information.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate rates, contracts, and other terms with clients.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve client issues and challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Relevant Software: Experience with CRM software, booking systems, and other industry-specific tools. Job Type: Full-time
  • Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is advantageous
  • Fluency in Swahili and English is essential

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
  • Manage and maintain client relationships.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
  • Proactively identify client needs and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities.

Other Duties:

  • Assist in developing and executing sales campaigns.
  • May be involved in marketing activities to enhance brand awareness.
  • May be required to travel to meet with clients.
  • May be required to work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Flight Dispatcher

looking for Flight Dispatcher who is self-motivated, committed, result
driven and self-motivated to work with the company in Finance
Department.

Job Title : Flight Dispatcher 
Job Type: Full-time
Job Location: ZANZIBAR 
Required Qualifications

  • Have completed initial flight operations/dispatch course from recognized institution/ approved by TCAA
  • Must have valid and currently under TCAA regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years working in airport or aviation operational experience
  • Clean criminal record
  • Must be a Tanzanian
  • Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language
  • Applicants
    should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal
    skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing
    skills.
  • Keen eye for small details. Job Type: Full-time
  • Confident in completing logs and paperwork
  • Health and Safety Certification would be an advantage
  • Excellent time keeping skills
  • Highly organized. 
  • Any helicopter type training will be added advantage


Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning and execution of flight paths.
  • Analyze aircraft performance, considering loading, en route winds, and weather forecasts.
  • Monitor Aircraft arrival and departure times and adjust schedules when there are delays.
  • Liaise with the ground crew to ensure that various tasks, including refueling and cleaning, have been completed.
  • Prepare flight paperwork for crew and ensure they receive it.
  • Ensure that all passengers and luggage are loaded onto the aircraft.
  • Prepare flight paperwork such as flight plans, passenger lists, and any other documentation required.
  • Ensure that pre-flight safety and compliance tasks have been carried out.
  • Work alongside the captain to authorize the dispatch of said aircraft.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality and/or aviation industry is an advantage
