The company is currently looking for a dedicated and self-motivated volunteer to work in its Procurement Department.
Job Title: Procurement Officer Volunteer
Department: Procurement Department
Reports To: Procurement Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Tanzania
- A degree in Procurement, Business Administration in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
- At least one year of working experience in procurement.
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Applicants
should demonstrate high levels of discipline, strong communication and
interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, innovative problem-solving
skills, and effective time management.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).

Job Summary:
The
Medical Supplies Manager will oversee all departmental staff, assets,
budgets, and operations. To be successful in this role, the manager must
be a thoughtful leader, fast-acting, and a confident decision-maker.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the day-to-day operations of the department run smoothly.
- Design and implement departmental strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures, and set growth goals.
- Set and implement plans, maintain budgets, and optimize expenses.
- Ensure departmental employees are productive, meet their targets, adhere to all procedures, and develop professionally.
- Evaluate and improve operational and financial performance.
- Prepare and submit timely reports to management as required.
- Ensure the department runs efficiently, meets all targets, and operates profitably.
- Manage departmental assets to ensure they are well-serviced, maintained, and kept.
- Provide high-quality, customer-centered services and products within timelines to meet customer expectations.
- Provide timely solutions to issues such as profit decline, employee conflicts, customer complaints, delays, and more.
- Ensure full adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the department.
- Support other company operations to ensure smooth workflow without interruptions.
- Manage departmental vendors and customers.
Skills Required:
- Ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems.
- Quick grasp of complex concepts.
- ICT literacy to handle various technologies and programs.
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to engage with your team and clients.

Education:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Medicine or a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery, Bachelor of
Nursing, or Bachelor of Pharmacy from a reputable university or
institution.
Experience:juu
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
