We Are Hiring: Join the Team
ACB Bank is seeking
passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Direct Sales
Agents. This is an exciting opportunity to drive retail banking sales
and deliver exceptional customer service.

Position Details
Title: Direct Sales Agent
Tenure: 1 year, renewable based on performance
Locations: Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Moshi
Job Description
Drive retail banking sales by proactively promoting liabilities
products through daily customer engagement, achieving sales targets,
deepening client relationships, and delivering exceptional service in
line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for retail banking liabilities products.
• Proactively identify, approach, and engage potential customers.
• Guide customers through the account
  opening process, ensuring strict compliance with company policy and
  requirements such as KYC and anti-money laundering policies.
• Represent the bank professionally and uphold our customer-first philosophy in all interactions.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Minimum of Form Four up to Diploma level.
• Age: 18 years and above.
• Knowledge of retail banking products and customer service experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work in a performance-driven and target-oriented environment.
• Passionate about customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
