is a Arusha based beverage manufacturer dedicated to producing quality
products while embracing innovation and efficiency in our manufacturing
processes. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and
motivated Industrial Electrical and Automation Engineer to join our
dynamic team.

Position Overview:
The Industrial
Electrical and Automation Engineer will be responsible for maintaining
and enhancing the efficiency of our beverage manufacturing systems. This
role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, maintaining, and
optimizing European beverage machinery, with a specific focus on
automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on various beverage machinery to ensure optimal operational performance.
– Conduct automation tasks, including diagnostics and programming of Siemens PLCs and HMI panels.

Set up, maintain, and fine-tune Danfoss and SEW variable frequency
drives (VFDs) for precise control of motor speed and torque.
– Execute all electrical works within the factory, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
– Update software and firmware on PLCs to enhance functionalities and ensure compatibility with industrial networks.

Maintain and troubleshoot all operational sensors, encoders,
photocells, and other related automation equipment to ensure seamless
production flow.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and
automation within the beverage industry or a similar field.

Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming and HMI development, with a deep
understanding of Siemens software for diagnostics, updating systems, and
troubleshooting.
– Extensive experience with VFD drives, including
setup, maintenance, and parameter adjustments for various applications.

– Strong electrical knowledge, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
– Self-motivated with the capacity to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
