Overview

SHAH AND COMPANY, a renowned manufacturer and supplier of building
materials and FMCG products in the Lake Zone with branches in Dar es
Salaam, is currently seeking experienced, talented, self-motivated, and
aggressive sales professionals to join our team.

Employment Condition: Full-time
NOTE: Applicants from lake zone and with lake zone sales experience will be given first priority. 
Duty Locations:

• Geita region
• Tabora region
• Mara region
• Shinyanga region
• Kigoma region

Requirements:
– Minimum of a Diploma in Business.
– Sales experience is required.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Willingness to relocate as per job requirements.
– Strong prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
– Ability to create and deliver customized sales presentations.

Job Description:
– Present, promote, and sell products to both existing and potential customers.
– Conduct cost-benefit analysis and needs assessment for customers.
– Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
– Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
– Analyze market potential, track sales progress, and generate reports.
– Provide feedback and suggest improvements.
