CABIN CREW – 10 Posts
Dar es salaam, Tanzania
Job Type: Full-time
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a holder of Form IV Certificate with Four Credit passes of which ONE of them should be English.
• Must
  hold Ab-Initio Certificate from Recognized Aviation Institution or
  equivalent qualification plus Cabin Crew member certificate issued by
  Tanzania Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA).
• Must be Fluent in
  both written and spoken Swahili, English and French. Arm reach of 212cm
  while standing, acceptable Level of BMI. The candidate must fulfil Cabin
  Crew Member Manual requirements when applicable.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain safety, security, comfort and welfare of the passengers, and fellow crew members in the cabin operations;
• Ensure
  adhere to all policies and regulations to ensure timely completion of
  all duties as assigned by respective Purser/Senior crew;
• Ensure that customers receive the best possible service as per ATCL in cabin service procedure and standards;
• Support delivery of world class passenger service and assist in achieving on-time performance;
• Provide liaison assistance between passengers and the flight crew;
• Maintain proper utilization and handover of in-flight catering items, materials and good care of in-flight equipment;
• To ensure that cabin operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the organization;
• Report all flight incidences to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member;
• Accept and carry out changes to planned roster/ duty as required;
• Co-operate with the Purser/Senior to ensure passenger complaints are promptly addressed
• To oversee safety, service and scheduling procedures; and
• Collect feedback regarding the service, timing and report with recommendations to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member

CAPTAINS (Q400) – 15 Posts
Dar es salaam, Tanzania
Job Type: Full-time
MINIMUM ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS

• The
  Ideal Candidate must have a minimum of 3500 flying hours with valid
  Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), Multi Engine and Instrument
  Rating. 
• He/ She must have minimum 1000 hours and endorsement as
  a Pilot in Command on equipment with a minimum of 20 tons with
  demonstrated good performance.
• ICAO English Proficiency level 4 or above.
• Valid Class one medical certificate. Job Type: Full-time
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Dash 8-300 or Dash 8-400 aircraft type rating.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Command the aircraft with utmost regard for safety and comfort of passengers at all times.
• Coordinating
  and managing the flight crew, including the co-pilot and other crew
  members to ensure maintenance of high standard of discipline,
  appearance, uniformity and promptness.
• Ensure commercial aspects
  of their flights are achieved and whenever safety is not impaired, to
  obtain additional revenue load for the Company.
• Ascertain that
  they are briefed of Flight Plans, NOTAM, Fleet Notices, Weather and any
  pertinent documentation and service items that their flight may require.
• Conducting pre and post flight checks in accordance with company and TCAA guidelines and procedures
• Verify and ensure that loading of the aircraft has been performed in accordance with laid down procedures and regulations.
• Monitor
  the aircraft’s performance and handle navigation, communication with
  air traffic control, as well as adherence to flight time limits in line
  with applicable guidelines and regulations.
• Report all incidents and accidents in accordance with applicable company and TCAA regulations.
• Verify and ensure that all documents/certificates required to be on board the aircraft are available and valid.
• Report any flight delays as per company procedures and guidelines.
• Accept
  and sign for diplomatic mail, precious cargo and supervise their
  stowage aboard the aircraft and handover to destinations.
• Perform any other official duties as may be assigned by your supervisor
