Key Responsibilities
Business Development:

• Research and identify new market opportunities to expand the company’s reach.
• Develop marketing strategies that align with business goals to attract new clients. 

Sales Management:

• Implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Forecast sales requirements and prepare annual budgets.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as necessary. 

Customer Relationship Management: 

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts through regular visits and communication.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction. 

Marketing Strategy Development: 

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate advertising campaigns to promote products effectively.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and competitor strategies. 

Team Leadership: 

• Set clear objectives for team members and conduct regular performance reviews. 

Financial Analysis: 

• Prepare reports on market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis for strategic planning. 

Product Development Support: 

• Collaborate with product development teams to improve product offerings based on market feedback.
• Assist in developing promotional materials that highlight product features effectively. 

Compliance and Reporting: 

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations regarding marketing practices.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing campaigns.

Training and Development: 

• In
  some cases, you may be involved in training junior staff or new hires
  on best practices in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer
  service protocols.

Required Skills 

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Analytical skills to assess market trends and financial data critically.
• Leadership abilities to motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Quick book.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically preferred.
• Five (3) years of experience in sales or marketing roles within the supply industry or similar sectors are essential.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
