Overview
Airtel Tanzania PLC wishes to recruit for an Installation &
Maintenance Head. The role Administratively reports to the Network
Director and Functionally to HBB Director. In this role the Installation
& Maintenance Head will be responsible for identifying manpower to
execute agreed installation plan for FWA and FTTX new installation,
fault and repair tickets, relocation and recovery tickets in the market
assigned. He/ she will be responsible for the appointment, training and
performance management of the installation supervisor/team leader and
the installers assigned to defined territories.
