Job Title Marketing Manager (2)
Location Arusha
Duties & Responsibility
- Build
brand awareness through various media outlets and Oversee the
production of all promotional materials and marketing cam¬paigns - Design, print and install posters, Signage, booklets and crop specific fliers
- Identify, engage, coordinate and review campaigns (Radio & TV, documentary productions(farmer success stories)
- Plan
sales and advertising campaigns on digital media & in market
Research and analyze market trends. Stay up to date on current market
trends and monitor competitors act on price and product - Identify/Find
new prospect customers (AMCOS/Commercial farmers/ cooperatives) and
engage them in trials and Demos of our products - Design and oversee ad layouts (Radio, TV)
- Creating marketing strategies for NEW products (Recent fertilizer formulations) according to business plan
- Analyze and advise on the media format (print, television, radio, web, billboard) best suits the assignment
- Formulate Marketing Budgets, Keep track and balance of these budgets
- Negotiate advertising contracts
- Maintain good relationship with existing customers and other stakeholders

Qualification/ Education
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Communication and advertising or Post Graduate candidate will have added preference
- Holding a valid driving license will be added advantage
Experience
- Minimum
10 Year experience in Marketing, Product Promotion and Branding in
Tanzania,(Agri Input/Fertilizers/Crop Nutrition) experience would be
preferred)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Managing stock & Product invoicing
- Government compliance
- Management of banking activity

Job Title Agronomist (4)
Location Arusha, Mbeya, Iringa & Mwanza
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to identify the Crop acreage and scope
- Responsible to develop the MMFL market & track the business plan
- To
effectively manage farmer level demonstrations of “MMFL Fertilizers”
approach to show the superiority of our package of products and
services. - To develop a complete understanding of the farmers needs and problems
- To remain up to date with new technological developments in fertilizers sector and cover in reporting
- To
achieve effective Agro dealers, AMCOs, Crop Board, Big farmers
(Plan¬tation) coverage and ensure their total involvement in the
business “MMFL Fertilizers”. - Identification of new business(new
products/ new geographies) opportuni¬ties in area Financial evaluation
of all such opportunities. - Ensuring timely submission of all reports
Qualification/ Education
- B.Sc. in Agriculture or allied sector Holding a valid driving license
Experience
- Minimum
7 Year experience as a Sales Agronomist & Business Development in
Tanzania,( Fertilizers /Crop Nutrition) experience would be preferred)
Job Title Depot Sales Officer (9)
Location Morogoro, Songwe, Rukwa, Katavi, Mwanza.Kilimanjaro, Mangola, Arusha & Singida
Duties & Responsibilities
- Stock and Financial management of Depot
- Responsible to achieving business plan and activities Manage the Agro Dealer, AMCOs, Big Farmers (Plantations)
- Selection and appointment of Agro
- Dealers
and other channels Regular presence at Depot and focus on development
activities Commercial & institutional farmers visit and support them - Plan and oversee the depot stock & performance tracking of Depot’s daily, weekly, monthly and final annual outcome
- Co-ordinate with extension officers to promote the MMFL products Alignment with Seed and Agchem companies to support farmers
- Executing Agronomic activity of the assigned depot and regions
- Executing and monitoring of Branding and Marketing Disciplined reporting

Duties & Responsibilities
- Stock and Financial management of Depot
- Responsible to achieving business plan and activities
- Manage the sales team (average number of sales team is 5-8)
- Selection and appointment of Agro
- Dealers and other channels Regular visit of Depot and participate in development activities
- Commercial
& institutional farmers visit and support them Plan and oversee the
depot stock & performance tracking of Depot’s Co-ordinate with
extension officers to promote the MMFL products Alignment with Seed and
Agchem companies to support farmers - Planning and Monitoring of Agronomic activity of the zone
- Executing and monitoring of Branding and Marketing
- Disciplined reporting (To take the reports depots and send the consolidated reports to HO)
