Job Description: 

• Facilitate Sales Growth: Actively promote the company’s travel services and packages to new
• and existing clients, ensuring an increase in customer base and revenue. This includes building
• relationships with clients, understanding their travel needs, and recommending suitable services.
• Booking and Reservation Follow-up: Handle customer bookings from start to finish, ensuring all
• reservations are accurate and confirmed. Follow up with customers to provide updates, resolve
• issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Office Management: Support daily operations of the office, including handling correspondence,
• maintaining records, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements: 

• Sales & Reservation Skills: Ability to effectively sell travel services, negotiate with clients, and
• manage the reservation process.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: Skilled in using online platforms to promote travel services,
• engage potential customers, and enhance brand visibility.
• Tourism Package Knowledge: Strong understanding of travel and tourism packages, including
• destinations, accommodations, and travel itineraries.
• Amadeus Knowledge: Familiarity with the Amadeus reservation system for ticketing and travel
• management.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, French, and Swahili to effectively communicate with diverse
• clients.
• Professional & Ethical Behaviour: Maintain integrity, honesty, and professionalism in dealing
• with clients and colleagues.
• Customer Service Skills: Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions
• that ensure customer satisfaction.
• Graphics Design: Basic design skills to create attractive marketing materials, posters, and online
• promotional content.
