Role Description
This is a
full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Dar
es-Salaam. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR functions,
such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and
compliance with labor laws. The role includes developing HR strategies,
policies, and programs to support organizational goals.The
manager will also lead initiatives for employee engagement, training,
and development. This position demands strong leadership to ensure a
positive work environment and high employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in a similar role within a conglomerate or multinational company is preferred
