Position Driver
Job Type: Full-time
Reports To Shift Manager
Areas of Responsibility As assigned
Main Duties

• Operate company vehicles on short notice, including during emergencies or staff shortages.
• Good knowledge of vehicles.
• Be available to work on-call, including weekends and public holidays.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report any vehicle issues promptly and ensure cleanliness and must know basic vehicle maintenance and safety.
• Keep accurate records of trips and deliveries.
• Enforces
  all Safety, health and environment rules and regulations according to
  country/company protocol including OSHA Compliance.
• Compliance to group and local Code of Business conduct and all policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by a Shift Manager.

Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)

• Minimum of Form Four (Ordinary Level) education and above.
• Good understanding of traffic laws and road safety practices.
• Valid Tanzanian driving license (Class C or above preferred) from NIT.

Specific Knowledge

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience working with a reputable company.
