Position: Field Retention Team leader – Fiber
Job Type: Full-time
Wananchi Cable Tanzania Limited
is part of the Wananchi Group and one of the Eastern Africa leading
Internet service provider, We are looking for Field Retention Tear
Leader-Fiber, Who will work independently to provide professional and
focused customer service both internally and externally, He/She will be
reporting to Customer Experience Manager-Fiber.

KEY ROLES

• Ensuring the Executives under Manager’s responsibility are present as per assigned location.
• Resolve service issues & account queries on site; or escalate to relevant team for resolution within 2hrs
• Submit weekly & monthly performance reports including VOC, market
  intelligent and initiatives for improvement, to Country Manager & CE
  Director

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelors’ Degree in: Business administration, CT and Public relations
• CS certification
• Experience in retention/Churn team in Telecom/lCT Customer Life cycle management
• Effective verbal communication skills including grammar and tone
• Customer Life cycle management

recruit a Country Finance Manager for Tanzania.

Job Profile:
Handling
Tanzania Group Financials; Accounts; Audits & Tax Matters and
produce regular reports in accordance with the Business requirements,
The Country Finance Manager will be reporting to the Country Manager
(Administratively) and Group CFO (Functionally).

Qualifications:

• Degree/Masters
  in Finance or Accounts or other related field with CPA and more than 10
  years of experience with at least 5 in senior Finance position and
  experience of working in Multi Companies.
