Africa leading Internet service provider. We are looking for Customer
Service Representative (Zuku Fiber TZ), who will work independently to
provide professional and focused customer service both internally and
externally. He/she will be reporting to Customer Experience Manager.

Customer Service Representative will be responsible for;

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions. A customer-centric mindset is
  • necessary in order to ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on competitive pricing and product information; comparing and
  • contrasting our products versus competition.
  • Responsible for skillfully retaining customers through positive relationshipbuilding
  • Identify reason(s) for disconnect and overcome objections in an effort to retain the
  • customer
  • Save and re-sell the value of our products and services by properly aligning their
  • features, benefits and price with the needs of our customers
  • Provide exceptional customer care across all call types including escalations, technical support and billing.

Qualifications

  • Experience over 1 year in a Retention/Churn team in a Telco/ICT company

Multimedia Communication Solutions.
We are looking for an
Infrastructure & Quality Assurance Manager who will be responsible
in all technical aspect of SimbaNET (T) & Wananchi Cable Tanzania
Ltd, He/she will be reporting to the Country Manager with dotted line to
Group CTO.

Key Roles:
1. Oversee infrastructure field
work, design, planning, construction, expansions, roll out,
optimization and timely proactive maintenance in strict adherence to
turnaround times (TAT) and service level agreement (SLAs) in
infrastructure projects, service delivery and service restoration.

2. Work closely with the Customer Experience (CE) and Commercial teams
for timely retention, expansion, network optimization to in meeting
business expectation and growth.
3. Champion quality control (QC)
ensuring subscriber installation, subscriber maintenance and network
maintenance is implemented efficiently and with strict adherence to the
TAT and SLA.

Experience:
• 5+Years of relevant field experience with excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on and conversant with design, implementation and
troubleshooting of outside plant, FTTx networks, with focus on
FTTH.dership skills.

Qualifications:
• Bsc.Telecom Engineering.
• Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and Certified Fiber Optic Design Specialist (CFOD/S).
