At NovFeed, we’re building a better way to support fish farmers across Tanzania.
We
produce high-quality fish feed designed to help farmers succeed. As our
business grows, we’re looking for passionate and driven Sales
Representatives to join our team and lead our expansion in the Lake Zone
region.

The Role
We’re
hiring Sales Representatives with a mission: drive growth across the
Lake Zone, build strong relationships with local retailers and fish
farmers, and represent the NovFeed brand with professionalism, strategy,
and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand retail networks in the Lake Zone
  • Conduct strategic sales calls to uncover customer needs and propose tailored feed solutions
  • Track, manage, and report sales performance and customer data
  • Collaborate with the Head Office to align field activities with overall sales strategy
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and help build team capability
  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business
  • Stay informed on market dynamics, customer behavior, and local aquaculture trends
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for assigned territories.
  • Train retailers and farmers on optimal feed usage and storage.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B agricultural input sales (fish feed highly preferred), with networks in Tanzania’s Lake Region


Education:

  • Diploma >5 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s > 2 years of work experience
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a track record of achieving targets
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Strong team player who uplifts and collaborates
  • Able to work independently and adapt to diverse customer environments
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage sales data and reporting tools is a plus
