a Sales and Reservation Officer, you will play a key role in promoting
our exceptional safari experiences and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify and target key market segments to maximize business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agencies, and partners.
• Conduct market research and stay updated with industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Represent Fastlink Safaris at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
