Duties
Major Duties and Responsibilities
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
•
Prepares, processes and follows-up on administrative arrangements and
forms related to the annual tax reimbursement preparation.
•
Maintains files of rules, regulations, administrative instructions and
other related documentation. • Maintains up-to-date work unit files
(both paper and electronic).
• Performs other related administrative
duties, as required, e.g., operational travel programme; monitoring
accounts and payment to vendors and individual contractors for services;
physical space planning; identification of office technology needs and
maintenance of equipment, software and systems; organizing and
coordinating administrative arrangements for seminars, conferences

and human resources rules and regulations in work situations. Shows

contingencies when planning; monitors and adjusts plans and actions as
necessary; uses time efficiently.

Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements:
Qualification Requirements:
ď‚§
Holder of a Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent from a
recognized University. Having knowledge of Human Capital Management,
Budgeting, Marketing and Accounting, especially as they relate to
efficient supervision and administration of the Institute
ď‚§ Work experience of not less than 3 years in the related filed.

Evaluations:
Language:
Good Working Knowledge (reading, speaking, and writing) in English is
required and Good Working knowledge (reading, speaking, and writing) in
Kiswahili is required

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point etc.)
and other computer programs, and customer service oriented.
