Responsibility to staff and direct the team:

• Support
  the Administration (Human Resources) with responsibility for the
  overall management of administration activities of the organization.
• Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole, Smooth running of the of administrative function and of the team
• Contribute
  to training and development of the team,Achieve maximum profitability
  and growth in accordance with organisation plans

Day to day responsibilities- As agreed with your Line Manager to include:

• Assist
  Line Manager in managing the overall general administration activities
  to the organisation to include filing, data entry, typing and assisting
  in the management of communications and paperwork, managing diaries,
  assisting with travel arrangements/organization, looking after visitors
  and assisting with general reception and telephone duties.
• Assist
  Line Manager in the recruitment of team members, subject to agreed
  criteria, assist Line Manager to train and appraise individual team
  members to ensure targets are met, performance and development of team
  members.
• Reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly
  basis to Line Manager, assist in developing plans for team activities to
  include strategy to achieve agreed targets and improvement.
• Prepare
  and agree individual action plans and targets for all team
  members,assist in the development and preparation of the organisation’s
  strategy and general business planning.
• Prepare and agree
  presentations and proposals,delegate authority and responsibility to
  team with supervision, accountability and review.
• Maintain
  contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer
  satisfaction, set an example for team members of commitment,
  activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
• Maintain
  accurate records as directed, control expenses to meet agreed budgetary
  controls, adhere to all organisation policies and procedures.
• Interact and co-operate with the all members of the organisation and its suppliers and clients/customers.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Masters/Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business or related courses with 2/3 years of experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills / Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• In depth knowledge of the different types of Risk management,Transport management ,Customs with plans of Import or Export.

he or she will be responsible for identifying risk and logistics
plans.Their duties include monitoring,managing and tracking all
operations .
He or she will report to Managing Director,Operation Manager and Administrators.
Experiences responsibilities:

• We
  want a young man who will be sharp in working and who knows the quality
  of Vehicles according to the needed and type of cargo as well.
• He should know the various document and forms for transporting cargo.
• He
  should understand all the relevant procedures of truck owners’
  institutions and various associations involving the transportation
  sector in order to avoid conflicts.
• He should be familiar with
  all the procedures for obtaining permits to transport goods to different
  places, as well as knowing the various laws of Tanzania, especially in
  the transportation sector.
• He should be careful with his work by
  looking after the company’s interest as well as protecting customers
  with good service and smart attention.

Skills responsibilities

• To
  managing traffic jam,monitoring performance, and conducting regular
  follow-ups by telephone calls to know check point,breakdown and any
  emergency arises.
• Coordinating the day-to-day transportation
  operations with other departments within an organization, such as human
  resources or Sales and Marketing department to ensure that policies are
  followed.
• Reviewing safety procedures in vehicles and equipment to ensure they are working properly.
• Monitoring fuel inventories and ordering supplies as needed to ensure that vehicles have enough fuel to operate properly
• Overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo to ensure that it is safely handled
• Ensuring
  that drivers are following company policies and procedures, including
  safety measures and disciplinary actions if necessary
• Assigning new routes to drivers as needed, based on customer requests or other factors that affect demand for services
• Maintaining
  records of mileage, fuel costs, accident reports, and other relevant
  information regarding a transportation business’s operations.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Basic Certificates or Diploma in Logistic and Transport Management from NIT or any other recognized College/Institution
• Due to the type of business with our customers, at least someone should know three languages-English/Kiswahili/chines language.
• Must have experience to work on Operations business at least for 1 or 2 years of experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Track insurance claims to ensure clients and company satisfaction.
• Create and implement marketing strategies to compete with other insurance companies.
• Respond to clients’ insurance related questions and issues.
• Complete administrative tasks including maintaining records and handling policy renewals.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on the progress of initiatives to management.
