Mission
The
mission is to manage and coordinate customer orders so as to achieve
timely booking, maintenance, receiving, invoicing and delivery for
customer satisfaction and smart documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Handling and support logistics operations
- Order booking, maintenance and coordination with our logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Stock forecast proposal and coordination between internal and external partners
- Inventory receiving, maintenance and issuing procedures as per IMS
- Dispatch and transport planning for effective logistics cost control
- Logistics and Warehouse quality customer service provision for both internal and external customers
- Expediting and other reports as per operation requirement
- Operation
analysis and implementation towards our targets (Delivery, Inventory
and cost) efficiencies within Safety, Health, Environment and Quality
requirements - Logistics service providers payment processing
- Other duties as may be assigned by Management

Competence, Skills And Experience Required
- Degree/Diploma in Procurement and Supply Management
- At least 3 of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
Personality
- Self motivated
- High level of commitment
