JOB DESCRIPTION
The Procurement Officer shall be vested with the following responsibilities:
• Draft and compile tender documents in the best professional and appropriate manner;
• Advise the General Manager on the possible outcome of tender applications;
• Updating information in the TANEP System;
• Ensure that the approved purchases are cost-efficient and of high quality;
• Establish prices of products, commodities and costs of our services;
• Attend meetings with our clients and stake holders;
• Establishing effective vendor relationship and carrying out performance evaluation;
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;
• Prepare monthly reports of the department; • Performing any other duty assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Must be have Diploma or Degree in Procurement
➢ Must have Diploma or Degree in Procurement
➢ Have experience on how to use TANEPS SYSTEM
➢ MUST be conversant using Computer (MS Word and Excel)
➢ Approach every task with impeccable attention to details and documentations.
➢ Have a proven background in motivating people to do their best and perform as per company policy.
➢ Ability and skills to negotiate the best deal for pricing.
