Payment Gateway Account Manager
• Minimum 3 years financial or bookkeeping experience
• Minimum 3 years marketing experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience dealing with mobile money payment gateways (such as Mpesa, Tigo, Airtel, Halopesa)
• Experience as Account Manager or similar role
• Academic Certificates
• Fluent in English and Swahili
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• High level of attention to detail
• Willing to work Day and/or Night Shift
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays as required
• Interest in and knowledge of sports (soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, basketball, etc) an advantage
• Work closely with payment gateway providers to resolve issues and manage integrations of new payment gateways.
• Mange promotions with the providers and pitch new marketing ideas.
• All other Ad Hoc duties expected.
