Solwa constituency parliamentary candidate for the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) ticket Ahmed Salum has called on the people to re-elect him ‘five more years’ so that he can continue to bring them development while urging small-scale miners to continue mining gold with confidence without being swayed by promising to move them to of Mwakitolyo.


Ahmed said this yesterday during the launch of the CCM election campaign in Solwa constituency where he said he was aware of the challenges facing the people of Solwa including road infrastructure while claiming that some of the roads are in the implementation of asphalt level.


Salum called on the people of Solwa to elect him as their Member of Parliament along with President Magufuli and CCM councilors as the CCM election manifesto touches the lives of Tanzanians and CCM is committed to bringing development to the people.


Akimnadi Constituency parliamentary candidate CCM Shinyanga regional chairman Mabala Mlolwa urged the people to elect CCM candidates so that they can bring them development that will benefit the people.

Elias Kwandikwa, the Deputy Minister of Works, who is a Member of Parliament who passed unopposed in Ushetu constituency, said the CCM government continues to improve road infrastructure as well as the provision of land to small scale miners in the Mwakitolyo area so it is important for miners to seize the opportunity.


For his part, NEC Member Gaspar Kileo who is also the campaign manager for the Shinyanga constituency parliamentary candidate in the city. Patrobas Katambi asked them to choose the candidates for the Revolutionary Party so that they can continue to implement their manifesto in bringing development to the people of Solwa constituency.


Praying for a vote for Solwa constituency parliamentary candidate, Shinyanga regional parliamentary candidate Lucy Mayenga asked women to vote for Dr. John Pombe Magufuli to be President of Tanzania, Members of Parliament and CCM councilors.
