Iringa Urban constituency parliamentary candidate through the party for democracy and development CHADEMA Pastor Peter Msigwa has asked the people of the constituency to give him another five years to continue to bring development as he did in the ten years of his parliament.
Speaking at a vote rally for the people of Igumbilo ward Msigwa said that the current Iringa has made progress after working on major development issues such as improving the health sector and infrastructure.
He said that most of the roads in Iringa Urban constituency have been built to the level of asphalt due to efforts to build arguments in parliament and to various stakeholders who helped build the roads.
“You remember when I came to power a large percentage of our roads were dusty so I tried to fight to ensure that Iringa Urban has better road infrastructure” said Msigwa
Msigwa added that they have succeeded in improving the health sector unlike before and promised to improve the health sector by providing health insurance to all citizens as it is CHADEMA’s policy in this year’s elections.
But Msigwa said it was a shame for the people of Iringa Urban constituency to compete with the candidate of the revolutionary party (CCM) Jesca Msambatavangu for not even being able to lead Iringa Urban constituency.
Msigwa concluded by urging the people of Iringa Urban constituency to vote for CHADEMA presidential candidate Tundu Lisu and CHADEMA councilor for Igumbilo ward for the development of the country, constituency and ward.
For his part, the Igumbilo ward councilor candidate through the party for democracy and development CHADEMA ….. said that he is making sure he solves the challenge of dormitories, clinics, roads, various ferries, stadiums and water problem in some streets.
