HR Manager at DL Group of Companies Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and improving various human resources plans and procedures
  • Planning and organizing all activities of the department e.g onboarding
  • Managing support staff and HR team employees
  • Managing and supporting the organizational recruitment processes
  • Handling employee relations including resolving conflicts through professional mediation
  • Coordinating staff training and development
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are observed

Requirements:

  • University degree
  • IHRM certificate is a must
  • Union experience is required
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • A background working in a similar position in
  • Agricultural/Horticultural/FMCG/Manufacturing firms will be an added advantage
